Profile an Asset

To profile a data asset for the first time, do the following:

1. Click Discover in the side menu. The Discover page is displayed.
2. Search for asset that you want to profile using the various filters.
3. Click the name of the asset. The Asset Details page is displayed.
4. Click Profile Now and select Full Profile or Sample Profile from the drop-down menu. The profiling of the asset is initiated.
5. View the status of the profiling request on the Profiling page.
